Terms and Conditions

Version 1.1 — Effective February 2026

These terms govern your engagement with Tazouda. By submitting a request or participating in a gathering, you agree to these conditions.

Definitions

  • "Tazouda" refers to the operating entity registered in Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
  • "Principal" refers to the individual engaging Tazouda for travel coordination or gathering participation.
  • "Gathering" refers to invitation-only events organised by Tazouda.
  • "Providers" refers to third-party suppliers of accommodation, transport, or related services.

1. Scope of Service

Tazouda acts as a coordination service between the principal and vetted providers. We are not the direct provider of accommodation, aviation, yacht charter, or other travel services. Contracts for such services are between the principal and the respective provider.

2. Participation

Participation in gatherings is by invitation only, following a private briefing and verification process. Tazouda reserves the right to decline participation without stating a reason.

3. Fees and Payment

Gathering

  • A deposit is required to confirm participation. The amount is communicated during the private briefing.
  • The remaining balance is due 21 days before the gathering date.
  • Fees are all-inclusive on site. Travel to and from the venue is excluded.

Travel Coordination

  • Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal.
  • Deposits may be required depending on the services requested.
  • All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Gathering

  • Cancellation within 7 days of deposit: full refund.
  • Cancellation after 7 days: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant of your choice, subject to verification.
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the gathering: full fee is non-refundable.
  • No-show without prior notice: full fee is forfeited.

Travel Coordination

  • Cancellation terms depend on provider policies and are specified in each proposal.
  • Tazouda coordination fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Conduct and Discretion

  • All gatherings are off-record. No photography, recording, or disclosure of participants is permitted.
  • No solicitation, pitching, or recruiting of other participants is allowed.
  • Breach of these standards results in immediate removal without refund and permanent exclusion from future gatherings.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during briefings, travel coordination, or gatherings is treated as confidential. Tazouda does not disclose participant identities, travel details, or gathering content to third parties except as required by law.

7. Liability

  • Tazouda is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.
  • Tazouda is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during travel or gatherings, except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
  • Participants are advised to maintain appropriate travel and health insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and structure, is the property of Tazouda. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Amendments

Tazouda reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants. Continued engagement after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
