Founding Membership

This page records a confidential briefing request. Verification is considered only after a fit discussion and mutual intent to proceed.

Prerequisites

  • Acknowledgement of the Founding terms, including the one-time Entry Contribution of USD 120,000 and the annual contribution from year four, as set out in the Founding Member Protocols.
  • Acknowledgement of a non-solicitation standard during gatherings: no pitching, fundraising, or sales activity directed at members.
  • Willingness to take part in a confidential briefing (video or in person) prior to any verification steps.

What Happens Next

  1. Review for fit
    Submissions are reviewed to confirm basic fit with the framework and Founding terms. Where clarification is required, follow-up questions may be requested.
  2. Confidential briefing
    If there is potential fit, follow-up is initiated to schedule a confidential conversation (video or in person). Either side may decline to proceed.
  3. Verification & documentation
    Where there is mutual intent to proceed, identity verification and background review are initiated. The Membership Agreement and relevant privacy terms are provided for review prior to any commitment.
  4. Admission
    Admission occurs only after signing and payment in accordance with the Founding Terms.
