Founding Phase & Governance

About Tazouda

Tazouda is structured as a private membership framework designed to reduce obligation, protect discretion, and maintain a non-commercial setting.

Rationale

Many private networks become time-intensive through fixed calendars, programmed formats, and implicit expectations around attendance and output.

Tazouda is structured to remove those mechanisms. Participation remains optional, conversation is not directed, and outcomes are not programmed.

Design Principles

Autonomy by default

The framework avoids attendance quotas and mandatory programming. The objective is to preserve freedom of participation rather than maximize engagement.

Discretion as an operating standard

Privacy protocols are defined contractually and may be specified per gathering. Public positioning and member visibility are not part of the model.

Non-commercial setting

The gathering environment is structured to avoid solicitation, pitches, and fundraising. Commercial outcomes may occur privately, but they are not engineered by format.

The Founding Phase

The Founding Phase exists to establish the initial membership base and finalize operating terms before regular gatherings commence.

Founding Member status is permanently capped. Post‑Founding admissions may occur under separate terms without affecting the status or economic conditions of Founding Members.

Gatherings & Locations (Once Operational)

Once operational, gatherings are intended to take place at private locations selected for privacy, calm, and logistical discretion.

Selection Criteria

  • Privacy: controlled access and written rules regarding discretion
  • Accessibility: practical proximity to major international travel routes
  • Scale: small formats designed to avoid conference dynamics

Locations may include private estates, villas, ranches, and yachts, subject to availability and local requirements.

Governance & Accountability

Initial briefings and admissions are managed directly by the founder to ensure consistent application of the membership criteria. The operational framework is governed by the Membership Agreement and the Founding Member Protocols.

Profile Fit

Tazouda is not structured for structured networking, public visibility, or programmed entertainment.

Where fixed annual programs, facilitated deal flow, or lead generation are the priority, conventional clubs and business networks are likely to be a better fit.
